How does it work?
Session One: Needs Analysis
During this session, the leadership team and key stakeholders provide context and insight to our team, so we can understand the current structure, culture, and scope of opportunities you are ready to explore. After discovery, our team designs the workshop to meet your goals.
Session Two: Employee Workshop
The heart of the entire series. We create a neutral atmosphere and plan for 60-90 minutes of ideation, feedback, and interactive survey activities to gather valuable insights from your people. We keep focus and perspective to meet the goals identified during the Needs Analysis.
Session Three: Debrief + Roadmap
Feedback is compiled and outlined for you to review. Together we prioritize possibilities and create an action plan to ignite.
