How does it work?
Session One: Explore & Define
During a 2-3 hour session, we re-discover your brand, explore your unique offerings, and inventory what you are already doing and what resources are available. Together we unpack your goals and where you want to be! From there, we brainstorm ideas to get you there. Finally, we uncover any roadblocks or barriers that might stop you from reaching your goal.
Roadmap Creation:
Our team compiles all the information gathered from session one and connects the dots for a custom marketing roadmap. The roadmap outlines recommendations in a phased, easy-to-follow approach, considering your goals, resources, and the most impactful ideas.
Session Two: Roadmap & Tools Presentation
In session two, we reveal your custom roadmap, a guide to help you achieve your marketing and communications goals. The phased approach is easy to follow and flexible. We provide you with an easy-to-access checklist and a custom portal with a library of tools and resources to help you get started.
After Session Two:
Accountability is key, so much so that we will check in with you once a month for three months after your completed Marketing and Communications Roadmap Workshop. These monthly check-ins, via emails will check your progress and offer ideas and feedback.
