We get pretty excited when we can identify new opportunities for a team member or organization, even better when it creates a more efficient process or workflow.
Jacey Kallsen, the social media guru and project coordinator around here recently completed the Hootsuite Academy. She is a digital native with a soft spot for social media, a real wizard at telling business’ story across multiple platforms and Hootsuite is just one tool in her belt.

Jacey completed 45 video tutorials ranging from running effective social media contests to using Hootsuite’s publishing calendar, content library to engaging with followers and prospects through the Hootsuite platform.
So what does all that mean? Everything is in one place across all social media platforms and across all clients. We’re not sure exactly how many hours this saves Jacey a week, but it’s a lot. Did we mention she passed the 65 question exam with flying colors?
